Recover money I'm owed, when I ask. Walk me through connecting Gmail, then configure it: find the order, booking, or bill behind the issue, work out what I'm entitled to, file the claim with the company, follow it through every reply and form until it's resolved, and come back with the refund or discount it recovered. Show me every claim before it's submitted, and never accept a settlement or share payment details without my approval. Ask me for the issue, the receipts or confirmations involved, and how far I'm willing to push, run the first claim with me watching, then save it for the next one.
