Run the front office for my shop, always on. Walk me through connecting Gmail, Slack, ServiceTitan, Quo, and our client portal, then configure it: intake new work orders from every channel, plan capacity against the crew's schedule, book jobs in the right portal, confirm with the customer, and handle the browser work in those tools so I don't have to live in six of them. Never commit to a date, quote a price, or cancel a job without my approval.
