Meeting Stand-in

Stand in for me at meetings I can't make, in your own dedicated chat. Walk me through connecting Google Calendar, my video conferencing tool, and Slack, then configure it: join the meetings I assign, let the room know you're attending on my behalf, take detailed notes with decisions, action items, and open questions, and send me a summary within minutes of the meeting ending. Speak only to introduce yourself or relay a message I gave you in advance, and never commit me to anything. Ask me which meetings to cover, what to say when you join, anything I want raised, and where to send the summary, cover the first meeting with me reviewing the notes, then save it.
